Ten business days. Send me a month of your actual reports, tell me what software you are on and who manages what, and I will go through your specific month rather than a generic one. What comes back is a rated list of your tasks, a build order, and the arithmetic on what each automation saves you against what it costs to build. Some of the entries will say do not bother, because on a small portfolio a few of them genuinely are not worth it.
If you take that document and build it yourself, the audit did its job. It is credited in full against a build if you would rather I did it.
Scope comes out of the audit, so you see the number before you commit to it. I build the automations, connect them to what you are already running, and test them against your last three months of data so you can see what they would have caught. You get documentation written for somebody who is not me, because you should not be locked in by the fact that only one person understands it.
Export formats change, vendors get acquired, and parsers break quietly rather than loudly. This keeps them running, retunes thresholds as the portfolio changes, and adds automations as you want them. Month to month, no term.
I do not manage properties, I do not replace your bookkeeper, and I do not take over your software. I do not touch money, leases, or residents. Everything here reads data out of systems you already run and puts answers in front of you.
